Rehabilitative Massage. My treatment philosophy includes using manual techniques to restore normal joint and soft tissue mobility, then supplementing it with functional corrective exercise techniques and movement strategies to prevent injury recurrence.
After your first appointment you will recieve an e-mail with your rehabilitation plan. The rehab plan can consist of many different strategies to help the progression of the healing process, such as: stretches, strengthening, postural corrections, aquatherapy, lifting instructions and much more.
At the end of our treatment plan, I always do a re-assessment. This is done to see what improvments we have made and help us create a plan for maintenance.
